UK Delivery
Orders are delivered to any home or business address anywhere on the UK Mainland, as well as the UK's Highlands . You do not have to be at home to accept delivery. (Excludes certain remote postcodes such as offshore postcodes)
Delivery costs £5 UK Mainland
Delivery costs £12 Scottish Highlands and Islands
European Deliveries
Delivery can be given to a large number of European countries. Delivery charges for these and other Countries are shown at the checkout but start from just £14 for orders up to 25kg
International Delivery
Delivery can also be made to other Countries outside of Europe. In most cases there is a small delivery surcharge of £6 ,although orders over the weight of 1kg will have a futher charge added.Whilst in most cases this extra charge will be shown at the checkout,where ths does occur,,a futher charge will be added to your order without notice.
When will my goods be shipped?
99% of all orders are despatched the same or, at worst the next business day when you place your order before 1pm. However in some cases this cannot be guaranteed. Unless the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will always be delivered to you within 4 working days but in all cases, you will be notified via our shopping confirmation email within 24 hours or we will telephone you to confirm a delivery date. If there may be a reason for a delay to your delivery or that the items(items) are out of stock or even discontinued then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
What happens if I am out?
Of course it is always helpful if you think you may be out to enter some special instructions at the checkout to let us know where it is best to leave your order or which delivery day you would prefer. If you do not want us to leave your package if you are out, please inform us of this when placing your order. |
